CELEBRATION OF JUNETEENTH PARADE 2025
Join us for the Annual Juneteenth parade on Saturday, June 21!
Help us commence the celebrations with a grand introduction to the Juneteenth activities with the biggest parade in La Porte has ever seen.
Any entry from vehicles, motorcycles, golf carts, dance groups, bands to traditional floats are welcome. There are trophies up for grabs!!
Who can participate in the Juneteenth Parade? We welcome friends, organizations, businesses, individuals, and everyone else to join in the fun!
Parade Details:
The parade route will begin in the High School Parking lot off Fairmont pkwy. The parade will travel down Broadway and end at the event on Main Street.
Participants should meet at the staging area by 2:00 pm. The Juneteenth Parade will begin at 3:00 pm.
Assign a team captain. This person will coordinate team logistics and get the honor of holding your team number at the front of the group for super-important judging.
Bring lots of throw aways and candy for the kids (big and small)!!
